Q: How do I qualify for an apartment?

A: Please refer to the Rental Qualifications.

Q: What utilities am I responsible for?

A: Residents pay for gas (in selected units), trash, electric, phone, water, sewer and cable.

Q: Do you allow pets?

A: River Quarry allows cats, small dogs (under 25 lbs), aquariums up to 10 lbs and caged animals. Please see the Rental Requirements regarding deposits, fees and restrictions.

Q: How do I place a maintenance request?

A: You may submit it on your Resident Portal (Active Building), contact the office directly, or place a note in the rental drop box.

Q: What if I need a Financial Guarantor?
