URGENT NOTICE

Our office is now open during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 5pm. River Quarry has implemented the following safety precautions; only 2 visitors are allowed in the office at a time, maintain social distancing by keeping a 6 foot physical distance at all times, and all visitors must wear a face covering in accordance with the CDC standards when entering the office or touring the property. Rest assured we are doing everything we can to provide a safe experience for our customers and a healthy environment for our employees and residents of our communities. We appreciate your understanding as we make changes to foster a healthy and safe environment while we navigate this unique period.

A: River Quarry allows cats, small dogs (under 25 lbs), aquariums up to 10 lbs and caged animals. Please see the Rental Requirements regarding deposits, fees and restrictions.

Q: How do I place a maintenance request?

A: You may submit it on your Resident Portal (Active Building), contact the office directly, or place a note in the rental drop box.
